No bots, just got my bank alt banned for gold selling. Thing is, i didn't sell gold, i bought some gamecards with my debit card on my bank alt and they must have thought i got it from a gold buy. The alt gets mats from 2 bots on 2 different servers. It even have a guild bank with full tabs+ 36 slot bags =l+ 100k and 80k. Is there any way i can get this account back?

I sent them an email denying i sold gold, didn't really elaborate cause i was being lazy just denied it and i got some generic response.

Interesting, I knew a chick that played AH a lot for gold, and she had a level 1 vanilla undercutting account too, it got banned several times for moving like 5 mil between her main and vanilla accnt, but they unbanned it everytime. Figured if she can have a vanilla with 5 mil then why cant someone hold 200k on a vanilla.. they must have just looked at where you were getting your gold, but then you'd think they would just ban the farming bots too.

If you've already petitioned and they said "Nope, sorry, you're still banned" then you're basically fucked. You shouldn't have been so lazy on your original petition and just elaborated that you didn't have all that gold to sell, you have it to upgrade all your toons gear. It does help, however, to have some backup for such a claim.

You said you bought game cards? Did you buy any of these via trade for gold? If so, this is your problem as it is considered gold selling. If you didn’t buy for gold, did you buy from a reputable site? If you bought through trade, even using a debit/credit card, the codes were probably bought in the first place with a stolen credit card and flagged as such. This would get your account banned.

What was the reason for the ban? Abuse of the economy I take it. I had one of my vanilla accounts banned way back when for buying timecards for gold. A noobish move I know, but I didn’t know better at the time. My AH toon that bought the codes was banned and could not be recovered. They flat out refused and I lost over 100k and my main was also locked for using the codes but got it back easy enough by sending in an id form.

Anyhow, for the future, if you are looking to just transfer gold between your vanilla AH account and your main account, just drop one of your toons from your main account into your AH guild, preferably as the guild master. Take gold as you need it from the GB and send it to the toons you want to have it but try to avoid taking gold with your main account toon the same day you put it in the bank with your AH toon. At least don’t have both toons online at the same time. Probably over cautious but I have never had an account banned for transferring money between toons, even when selling gold.

However, I really think your problem had nothing to do with actually selling gold, but had to do with the game time cards you purchased/used. Did you call or just use the automated recovery form? If you haven't tried yet, call the help line. Tell the bold face truth. You bought game time cards from a web site and used them. This is the only thing you have done that you can think of that could have caused all the problems with your account. Buying cards is not against the TOS unless you buy them for in game gold or if the cards were originally stole or bought with a stolen credit card. If they say no again, or shuffle you off to the GMs with the excuse, "we can’t help you on this end, only the GMs can fix such issues" then your account is probably toast.

I had my main account banned because I had a character restoration performed; Blizzard restored all the goods and gold that was stolen but they banned me moments later for "selling gold".

They said it triggered an automated system. I got the account back, but it did take a bit of emailing to explain the situation.
