I too and another friend got banned for botting in jade forest this week. Seems like a bad place to be right now.
Where they both prems and did you appeal, if so where they successful. I'm not sure which route to go down. I can't say it was compromised as I can't change the email (fucked myself on the secruity questions. I'm good with words but don't know the 'excuse', or how others appeal theirs. I remember a thread on it but am unable to find it.

Just heard back they are keeping mine perm. I was also selling gold so i'm assuming that's the issue on top of everything. edit: finally after my 3rd petition I was able to get it dropped to a 72hr. If the first GM doesn't knock down your time just keep trying you'll eventually get it down if if your first offense on that account.
After the past 6 months or so they've definitely been going hard on botters, about a year ago if you admitted botting you'd get it back from a perma ban but now it's perma ban 100%. The best thing to do is to stay away from other people, stay out of jade forest defo.
