This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment. And where can i try to get it unbanned/72h ban instead? Thanks
I went on with the: I admit using this "program", and i didnt know it was not allowed, and i promised i would never do it again etc. Just wrote like i was dumb and sorry for what i had done, and it worked great.

Changed my perm ban to 72 hours Reply on my ticket: Your account has been suspended for 72 hours and placed on a final warning for the verified use of illegal third party programs. Following a review of your case, I can confirm that the evidence presented was correct, and that the subsequent action taken was appropriate.
