Banned this morning few hours ago, possible banwave? seen few others banned around the same timeframe offense: Use of Bots or Third-Party Automation Software Blizzard has terminated this World of Warcraft license after identifying the usage of bots or other cheat software. These programs (commonly called cheats, bots, and hacks) automate certain aspects of gameplay, or provide unintended advantages and abilities to the player. This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment. 1)Were you using Honorbuddy, Gatherbuddy or both on the account? Questbuddy 2)If so, when was the last time?: 10-11am central 3)What profile were you using?: Kicks 1-90 4)What combat class were you using? if None Just put Default then the Classname: none 5)What plugins are you using?: talented, questhelper, auto equip 6)How many hours per day did you bot for?: 12+ on and off 6.5)What honest percentage of time did you supervise your bot? 40% 7)How many auctions per day did you have?: around 50ish 8)Did you Use Any Other Bots, Hacks, or Mods? no 9)Was your account involved in gold selling? no 10)EU or US realm? US 11)Is the banned account a Scroll of Resurrection or an actual paid account? Paid account
A lot of us got hit today. Not sure whats up. Appeal it and see if you get it back, if you do chill out with it if you want to keep the account.
Judging by the way the bots get stuck so easily and it's not detected by the bot I can honestly say I expected this and there will be more.
Got the email at 10:22 am PST. Checked the HB log at it looks like the ban came in at about 10:17. Was using a relogger that changed the profile every 60 min +/- up to 15 random minutes. Was using Gatherbuddy2 with one of 2 custom profiles. Also was using breaktaker plugin and logmeout plug ins. After 4 profile changes, it logged on a leveling toon. After a couple of hours of leveling, bot would log off and wait up to 135 minutes before starting over. Unfortunately, it seems that the ban came during my gathering profiles. A second account that I was botting on at the time seems to have been logged out and on a break at the time the wave hit.
