same here, same time. Now this account botted VERY LITTLE. Gathered herbs and mined, about 2 hours max per session with longs breaks in between, entire night offline. only was lvl 90 for like 4 days. damn how the hell did they catch on so fast
I appealed saying in summary that I got banned and that I dont understand why since I have never traded gold for real-world currency, and that all the gold I've made rencently is still on my character.

Don't email them, call them up on the phone and plead your case. It's a lot more effective on the phone because it's a lot easier to say "no" through email.
Trying to call today, I'm surprised they would complety close my accout for posting 100 auctions (nothing says in their mail that I was botting). Arn't they supposed to go through the "volcano" pyramid when they ban ppl for offenses, unless abuse of economy is a super big offense that puts you into the last step of the pyramid ??
As usual the phone support isnt of much help, but the guy on the phone was cool, and said he could speed up the process of responding my ticket by a GM. He told to me explain what I have been doing (posting more auction than usual and I didn't know it was a problem) and it should be easier to dispute the ban.

I would appeal again but call them, not via e-mail. I would ask for details and state that you did nothing wrong.
In order to remove any bad comment on that accout for any future possible ban, or just to prevent another problem ?
