      This is shitty, 13 hours prior I got charged for my subscription and then I got banned. Not so mad about the banned part but more of the subscription. I tried contacting blizzard but they said there's nothing they can do about it.

      Hopefully you paid with PayPal?

      If not... credit card company and state goods/services not provided?

      I used a bluebird card, and i'm not sure they're too great with their services when it comes to that. I will try to dispute it when it's off hold but not keeping my hopes up.

      same here i recharged the money whit a simple button on my bankaccount

      Not really sure what that is. I paid for the first time in 12 months three days ago, not banned - but I only reopened my account to bot. :(

      So just FYI - Blizzard will not refund you. I was banned during the previous 6 month ban wave and that was what, sometime in May? I had purchased a 6 month sub the last week of April. When my game time was available again I checked and it had used my entire sub for the duration of me being suspended and per their terms of use I am not eligible for a refund or credit. I argued this and tried to reach out to some others but it did not help my case. I actually had someone from blizzard argueing with me saying that it is not fair that I *****ed with a bot. But anyway, you could of course try to dispute the charge but they will ban your battle.net.
