I loved "playing" WoW. Sometimes I'd just watch my bot run around and do stuff because I just love botting. Finally, after 6 years, I've decided to concede to Blizzard and move on to something else. What do we do now?
I have been botting for 6 years now and just received my first ban ever. What am I doing? I'm going to activate my second account and bot a toon to max and play it of course!
I don't mind getting banned, as I bot KNOWING it'll hit me eventually. I wonder if Bossland is ever going to figure out how Blizzard is detecting us.
pretty sure that they've increased their detection since the loss at court, lol I have also quit wow and before doing so released all my profiles to the public of my creations with the bot. It was amusing to see so many mount runs appear not even a week later after I released the scripts too. Karahzan, Tempest Keep, Onyxia, and I was working on others I didn't release because the I no longer had time to complete them. I felt like a half baked cookie wasn't a good release even if the post would later be deleted. As for me I've moved on to playing other games and more data for anime. Right now I'm caught up on Skyrim, the remastered isn't too bad even though I don't use mods it's still an interesting aspect to see the game in a new light. Hopefully newer and better games come up and aren't cancelled
Botting in WoW will be profitable even if banwaves come in every month. They will have to ban me every week to make it not worth it. I do bot for fun. I earn gold, sell it for money, use money for fun.
I actually did have fun in WoW. I considered Legion to be the best expansion so far storywise. Probably trying out SWTor and TESO.
For botting, Buddywing isn't in a good state in comparison to HB. If you can find a good spot, the bot can run generally ok, but don't expect bot leveling or using routines for combat. Look for another bot if you want something that is stable and working well. If you're into ARPG's, Exilebuddy has improved a lot since it moved to monthly sub. As for MMO's, can't make a suggestion other than maybe Rebornbuddy.
Moving on too now I think. My "suspension" was for 18 months, clearly they don't want me. PS4 here we come
This is how I feel I was really enjoying it, just used the bot for WQs maybe 2-3 hours a week. Still caught..
