      i tried to log in and it says "account is closed and no longer available for use", but i did not recieve any sort of email from blizz....any help here?

      I had a slightly similar event. I got locked out of Mobile Armory on my phone, with a notice about the account being locked, suspended, under investigation, etc... (the notice has since disappeared, but has been replaced by a notice that the account is not active.) On my battle.net account page, it shows the account as "Pending". One odd fact is that my sub was / is to renew today. Another odd fact is that I can log in to the game without issue. So I guess I'll keep watching for an email from Blizz. Haven't received one yet.

      is the first account warning a perm bann or temp?

      I had this happen to me right after I started using HB and I freaked - turned out my credit card had an issue and the payment was delayed. Likely a similar issue.

      yeah it happened last night....no email yet so i have no clue what is going on
