Doesnt matter what they call it, botting is a violation of the TOS. You're not going to get off on technicality like false charges, WHERE IS THE LEGAL SYSTEM WHEN YOU NEED IT
they used to call it "economy exploitation", now they call it "hacks". it doesnt matter, it's a form email. if you are flying around on gatherbuddy for 8 hrs/day and find yourself banned, you got banned for BOTTING. it's real simple.
