Live chat and phone support can't help with account actions. You should try sending web ticket to contact account administration.

I did and this is the answer i got :

      Hello,

Your account was permanently suspended and it will not be reopened. This was due to use of third party programs, which is against the Terms of Use. The relevant part of the Terms can be found in this article:

      http://eu.blizzard.com/support/article/50078

When running, the World of Warcraft client may monitor your computer's random access memory (RAM) and/or CPU processes for unauthorized third party programs running concurrently with World of Warcraft. An unauthorized third party program as used herein shall be defined as any third party software, including without limitation any addon or mod, that in Blizzard Entertainment's sole determination:

      I. enables or facilitates cheating of any type;

II. allows users to modify or hack the World of Warcraft interface, environment, and/or experience in any way not expressly authorized by Blizzard Entertainment; or

III. intercepts, mines, or otherwise collects information from or through World of Warcraft.

In the event that World of Warcraft detects an unauthorized third party program, Blizzard may

      a) communicate information back to Blizzard Entertainment, including without limitation your account name, details about the unauthorized third party program detected, and the time and date the unauthorized third party program was detected; and/or

      b) exercise any or all of its rights under section 6 of this agreement, with or without prior notice to the user.

The use of such programs or files is clearly unfair to the World of Warcraft community playing regularly and is not tolerated on our servers.

Following a review of your case, we can confirm that such programs have been used on several occasions by your account, and that the subsequent action taken is appropriate.

Please be advised that sanctions in relation to this matter will not be taken against any new accounts you may wish to create, but the characters from your cancelled account will remain irretrievable. If you should wish to create a new account, you will need to obtain a new and unused CD key with a retail copy of the game.

We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter.

If you wish to review our current Rules and Policies, they can be found at:

      http://eu.blizzard.com/support/index/wow_policy

      F**K you blizzard.....................!

That would make sense. You get a 72 hour, and the account is up for review. While you may get access to it again, it still sits in the review pile and can lead to perm ban after. Most likely this is what happened.

He's saying that they put your account up for review AFTER giving you the 72 hour suspension.

The 72 hour suspension includes a review of the account. They suspend you for 3 days so they can get around to reviewing your account. Sometimes the 72 hour suspension doesn't come with a review. That usually includes a 'Final Warning' message.

Just so you know because you stopped using it doesn't mean your account isn't being reviewed. They can still ban you weeks or even months after you last used a bot.

inrego. if you read the whole thing you maybe can see what im trying to say...... ADB: so first blizzards bans you for 72 hours for using a bot and meanwhile that they review the account and after the 72 hours. They permban you for bottning that you already got banned for once?

If you read what everyone else is trying to say - they can still review your account later and find that you actually botted. If that's the case you can get banned. You botted - you got banned - deal with it or don't bot in the first place. Don't say they banned you for nothing when you've been botting.

Here's an analogy to make it easier for you to understand:
If you rob some woman and you get a fine (example, I know know what the punishment is) - and they later find out that you also raped her and put you to prison, it doesn't mean they put you in prison for nothing. They put you in prison for raping. Just because you were charged with the robbery doesn't mean you get off on the rape.

But now I didn't do two things wrong i just did one so your thingything doesn't make any sense. What blizzard did was first to ban me 72 hours for bottning then permban me for bottning after i stopped using the bot after the first ban.

      No.

The story for you goes... You robbed a woman and they caught you. They took you to the police station, charged you with robbery, held you for 72 hours and then bailed you pending further investigation. They then concluded their investigation and confirmed that yes, you did rob the woman. So they took you back and jailed you for life.

You botted. You broke the rules. They were quite confident of this when they gave you the 72 hour ban. They investigated it more. They were then 100% sure that you were botting. They banned you.

If you cheat and get caught your account will be closed. Simples tsk!
