you get 2-3 appeal chances until they said the matter is closed and any future ticket appeals will be closed and they wont respond
"We now consider this matter closed, and would not look to enter into further communication on the matter." In the same letter. So, "game over"?
I got the same email saying issue closed. I turned in another ticket, got them to call me back, and got it reduced to a 72hr ban. Keep trying until you get to talk to someone, then go for sob story.
