Well it was bound to happen sooner or later so I can't bitch too much. I Just posted in the success stories about 2 weeks ago and now I have to start over. I had my two farm accounts get perma banned after botting mainly MOP stuff recently. I was botting far more than I should have been but it was hard not to since I was making quite a bit of cash doing it. Hope I can get a legit answer to this question... Will they actually track my IP address in the future? if so it is easy to change but i would prefer not to have to. And are RAF accounts powerleveling together likely to be noticed if questing? I want to start botting 8-10 accounts here soon and use them alot less than I was with my banned accounts Lastly, Will they eventually ban my main account that i do no bot on?
There are two points: 1. Its all about the severity of your botting, and the number of accounts involved (probably) 2. And the Blizz to investigate you in deep, to get the idea of your botfarm. When you maintain a big botfarm, the hard part is management of the gold flow, when you master it, without doing silly mistakes, the chances for GM investigations are very slim.

Same. I was just banned on my 8 year old main account for Gatherbuddy farming Ghost Iron Ore in Jade Forest. I was greedy and let it run over night. They perma banned me, and I appealed but they didn't overturn it. 14,000 achievement points, spectral tiger mount, big battle bear mount, Herald of the Titans, Champion of Ulduar, massive titles and achievements down the drain. Wish I never botted on it.
feeling so sad for you, but to be honest, its not being greedy, its being stupid dude, keys are cheap and you can go hardcore on accounts which u dont care, if you have balls
Sorry for your loss! Anyway you can just buy another game license on the same battle.net account so that you will not lose achievements and mounts/pet.
If you buy a new wow cd key and attach it to the same battle.net on which your 14k achiv point account is, then the mounts,achiv points, pets will be available to the new account too. They are battle.net bound, not just account.

Yup. Just did this, myself. Mounts, pets, achievements... all intact. The only things that won't be available are certain things that are not battlenet account-bound, like the Pandaren Phoenix from silver challenge modes. Another example is also the Brawler title ... the achievement is account bound, but the title isn't.
that is a pretty awesome idea for main accounts. my banned ones where just farm accounts so i just made some new accounts in my wifes name and moved on leveling with kicks. wish RAF was up at the moment as it is slow going now
It should be, but may not be "unlocked" until level 80, like many of the other raid achievement titles.
You just have to create a new Account, under the same Battle.Net, of your banned Account (I think you can attach 8 Accounts on one single Battle. Net Account). All Mounts, Pet?s Achievments that you have on the banned Account, you?ll have on the new Account too. Exciter
