ever use PQR or ProbablyEngine? like within the past year. and what were you doing with HB, arenas or raids
I do not and have never used PQR or ProbablyEngine. I have not done arenas since Wrath, only raids. I have successfully used rotation botting since Deathwing. Today is my first ban.
my guess is, they found a way to detect PQR and/or PE, first of all. Then, as part of their efforts against botting, knowing that PQR is a rotation bot, they took other steps to detect the use of any kind of automated rotation. Like tyrael. I dont mean find a way to detect other bots like HB themselves, but to actually look for indications that a rotation may be automated and not manual. Maybe ultra fast interrupts? Stuttering toons maybe too(when a healer bot tries to heal someone not in LOS, they rapidly stutter while trying to fail cast repeatedly.) idk, but after my suspension is up(or successful appeal), im really weary about doing any botting at all, to be honest.
yeah that's concerning. it may well turn out they've decided to go hardcore on rotation botting, and HB will get affected as well. Used to be you could fly around herbing / mining for months on end and never get a ban, then they decided to turn up the heat and now you can barely fire up GB2 before the account goes bye bye. same thing can happen with rotations. im guessing their used in ranked PVP is getting too much for blizz to ignore. go fill out that ticket, just dont admit to botting lol.
Oddly enough, my ban notice was not for automated detection, it was for abuse of the economy. I don't sell gold, or farm anything on the bot so not sure wtf is going on.

I appeled got same answer i made new ticket if i dont get reduced to 72 hours i will be quite annoyed and go to phone call only used PQR on my account for pve raiding as well... and other ppl with same offence get 72 hours or appeald 7 years old acc btw. I dont know how they choose who to be banned or suspended but this double standart is pritty annoying
so it wasnt because you were using tyrael? still safe to use maybe? i know its never 100 percent safe but...
I'm thinking that because he had prior bans and suspensions and he was caught in the PQR wave, that's why he was banned. I'm laying low for a couple weeks as far as HB and Tyrael, but that's just me.
