I spent some time reviewing the account, and I've come to the same conclusion as before. This account has been found botting on multiple occassions. The first two times the ban was removed and the account was allowed to continue playing; however, the behavior returned. Those first two bans were considered warnings which were not heeded. As a result, the account is now banned permanently. This will not change under any circumstances. We do not accept this damaging behavior that ruins the game.

The suspensions that he was talking about occured years ago, probably back in 2010. It's been a long time with no problems on the account, still got perma banned. Which is fine.
