No? What type of a account was it? On topic: Say that you got hacked and the hacker used your account to bot and make gold for personal use and/or selling the gold.
they say there sticking to the ban after one apeal is it worth it to keep appealing ? should i wait awhile ?
My question is, if the banned account has been using the same IP all the time, how can you claim that it has been hacked? If hackers took over your account, they would have to run wow client from their own IPs. Is it correct to say that Blizzard never checks IP or computer information? My questions may be stupid to experienced bot users, but I really don't know what weapons are available in GMs' arsenal. Thanks!
They are prolly certain you are botting, and can see the IP. Also where it says you can appeal, it says that YOU are resposible for any misuse of the account, such as your brother using it. So i recommend you say that you made a huge mistake and wont do it again. That's what i did and it was set to a 72h ban
i got banned yesterday also I appealed it, saying how I just moved out and recently got settled in and decided to play wow again only to find account banned, later finding out it was younger brother who had somehow gained my account information and had been the one who was using the third party program, ended up with a 72 hour suspension rather than a perma ban
