My main account So I fell asleep on the keyboard and let archaeology buddy run about 5 hours straight. Woke up and realized the bot was running...I did 327 archaeology to 600 in that time. I log off and go for a shower and come back to see that my account has been banned when I tried logging on again. Sent in a ticket right away and got response 30 seconds later and the ban has been brought down to 72 hours which I am also appealing right now. The e-mail from Blizzard saying my account has been banned came in around 10 mins after I brought my ban down. Being proactive probably saved me there.
At this point it doesn't matter. If you don't try you can never get a lesser ban. Turns out I didn't get a lesser ban then the 72 hours. Time to now sell the account and start fresh with 3-4 bot accounts
