This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment. Got this email this morning around 8:30am. I'm looking for the best approach to an appeal. Account was made 11 months ago, no warnings, no suspensions. I feel like I can get this turned around since this would be my first offense, though I can't really trust myself so I'm asking what is the best approach? Tell them the truth and try to talk my way out of it? I have an authenticator so being hacked isn't an option. Any other ideas would be appreciated.
'Atta, boy! Honesty seems to be what works best to get a permanent ban lowered to a temporary suspension. It definitely worked in my case. Anyway, congrats on the ban being removed!
