Just received the message this morning. I have never received an infraction from Blizzard before ((Been playing since BC)), this is literally a first offence and is not a 72 hour ban. Trying to appeal it now to drop it to 72 so I will see what happens. I only really use GB and I fly all over and do various different profiles. I have never stayed online for too long, and never left it running without me being at the computer.

Paid account At this point it states it is a perma ban. First infraction ever on this account.
I hope I get the same results as you! I am not ever going to bot on this main account again! Will have to make a few bot accounts.
That is what I am now doing hahaha. I had the Swift Zhevra on that account, as well as Ashes and the full undead slaying set from the Lich opening event on my hunter. I am now using an alt to bot. I pointed out I had never gotten in trouble before for ANYTHING. Not one warning, mute, etc. I was thankful they down graded it.
