No 9)Was your account involved in gold selling? No 10)EU or US realm? Us, Shandris I was upstairs making dinner when I came back down and saw my bot standing in fire trying to mount. I keep a timestamp in my chat box and he was sitting there for 8 minutes. So I moved him and let him keep running. 45 minutes later I saw the screen go to the sign in screen and was told my account had been banned and to follow to a website. Email I got said Abuse of the Economy I had three accounts so I'll chock this up to a learning lesson, but pretty gun shy to continue on the other account I bot on. lol
If it was for abuse of the economy there is a chance you may get your account back if you fill in the online recovery form. They may remove the ban and send you the standard "warning" email, though if you are caught again you may get a perma ban for "unauthorized software". Worth a try anyway.
Just file an appeal with some story and ask exactly what you were banned for, they will likely lift the ban. I got a 72 hour suspension for "third party software" and appealed it and it was lifted 15 minutes later, lol.
