Banning new account on the same battle.net?

Hi there!
I was banned in the wave along with so many of you.
I actually bought a new WoD license, and came right back.
I got a level 90 character boost, and named my character "pleaseunban"
I was quickly contacted by a GM, stating that my name was inappropriate and said i was offered a free name change, i asked if this was optional or mandatory, and he said that it was optional, but i would get banned on my new account too, if i didn't accept it and change my name. This i found completly outrageos, and so i renamed my character "unbanplease" instead. Do you think they will actually ban me for this?
