batch file request for cleaning caches

if any scribe is willing to help with a batch file that do this :

To get you going again, there are four caches that must be cleared. You must clear all four to repair the problem:

• Shut down WoW and Honorbuddy
• Delete the following directories:
  • Honorbuddy/Cache/
  • WoW/Cache/
  • WoW/Data/Cache/
  • Battlenet Cache:
    
    Win7: C:/ProgramData/Blizzard Entertainment/
    WinXP: C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/Blizzard Entertainment/
