The bot is somewhat usable if you just use a combat rotation. As far as best pvp/pve class. PVP: Hatred Assassins pretty much run the show in ranked arena afaik though not so much to where all the other classes are inferior. The general consensus for "fotm" at the moment is Assassin/Shadow(Rogue); Powertech/Vanguard(Enh Shaman?); Sorcerer/Sage(Mage) PVE: Varies greatly on the type of fight, but you are welcome to consult the torparse site.
