I'm sure this has been discussed to death but I could not find anything via the search engine. I was going to level herb/mining on my Ally Warrior and then looked at the cool profiles for leveling inscription, Engineering, etc. and wondered if another profession might not be even more profitable. Any advice on the best 2 professions for making gold, but also considering speed of leveling and how automated the process is. Thanks.
Start off with herbalism/mining. You can make alright money selling just the mats. Add in JC, Enchanting, Alchemy, and Inscription later and start shuffling your mats to maximize your profits. I use TSM with WoWuction to keep track of server economies, and then I also have Auctioneer on my bank and enchanters because TSM lacks some functionality that Auctioneer offers when it comes to enchanting.
