I'll code it in to cast if the target is under 40 and doesn't have the debuff since you could get them below 35 in 5 seconds. What do you mean continuously? Isn't it a 30 second cooldown or was that changed? Or does it use it even if above your health percentage that you set?
The system of Blood tap have changed. "Each damaging Death Coil, Frost Strike, or Rune Strike generates 2 Blood Charges, up to a maximum of 12 charges. Blood Tap consumes 5 Blood Charges to activate a random fully-depleted rune as a Death Rune." Effectively it's trying to blood tap without enought stack to use it.
I guess I'm confused, one of you said Blood Tap and the other said Rune Tap. I'm assuming we're talking about Blood Tap though...
I can confirm that a day or so ago i turned off bloodymess because instead of attacking it would continuously try to cast runetap over and over -- of course its on CD but it would stand there attempting to. I'm going to test it again today and i'll provide some logs. thanks again for your work on DKs!!!
