So my friend recommended to look at another hearthstone bot that he found called hearthranger. Now I have to say right now that it's really ugly, glitchy, and just all around buggier than hearthbuddy. But from what I saw in my 1 arena run that I tested with it is that it has a much better draft pick(maybe I just got really lucky that one time?). I think I read that their hearthranger project is in beta and open source, so would it be possible to like steal/borrow their draft picking and somehow apply it to hearthbuddy?

Nigerson, you are one of the few people who are active on this forum so thanks for that :). I can't answer your question as I usually draft my arenas myself using HearthArena and then letting the bot run, but I'd really like to know about the effectiveness of HearthRanger as a bot in an actual game compared to Buddy. It'd be awesome if you could give an update on your experience.

Well, I played two arenas with hearthranger and got 1 5 win and another 7 win. The bot is overall extremely buggy. It wouldn't properly buy the arena access, but it did play the arenas pretty well. It had problems working at all until I disabled teamviewer, a problem I never had with hearthbuddy. And just normal ranked games take much longer with hearthranger, whereas hearthbuddy takes moments to move. It also crashed quite a few times on me during ranked play. Overall I wouldn't use it unless you couldn't afford hearthbuddy.
