Big Epic Problem

Ok so now, i dont really know what's happening. As you will see, on my HB looks like something is write in, but i cant see anything. Anyone with the same prob/soluction? I really need this information, seriously.




Im pretty confused on what's happening to my HB. Already re-downloaded it like 10 times, still doing this.

Has it given any logs (This will help give information about your setup.)

Looks to me tho as if your missing a font.

 

Every word every single letter looks vanished. So probably it has, but i can't see them.

 

Upload your log, then while I look through your reply. Disable 'themes' on your desktop and try start up HB again.

(Not seen this error and seeing as no one else is around, I'll try my best to find the root of your problem.)

As you can see, everything looks good, but i cant see any write.

 

Ok looks like your using windows7, I'll upload my standard fonts for you to replace yours with. See if that helps / Replaces any missing fonts.

Place the fonts inside the folder in your fonts folder.
(Usually found @ C:/Windows/Fonts)

Ok, so that rules out a font issue. What lanuage do you have your Windows set to ?

 

Italian, but my friends also have HB and it never did this to them

 

Try setting it to english, see if that helps. (you may have yours locked, and your friends may still have there's set to switch)
If that doesn't work. I recommend installing Teamviewer, and contact Tony. He'll try and help you further. (Sorry about the slow reply, things have just got busy)

 

Already tried to set it to english, but nothing. About Tony? Well, today i already did all the stuff to speak with him, i waited 2 hrs then i was pretty angry and quitted everything. I dont know, i just wasted 25€ so badly.

The bot is really good. But your issue is the first one of its kind I've seen. I can only think it releates to something on your windows installation, or a computer theme overriding the font settings. Only things I can think of is to
a) Disable ALL Themes (Switch to windows classic)
b) Ensure wow is running and logged in
c) Run Honorbuddy as Admin.
d) Insure a clean installation of Honorbuddy

And yes, Tony can be very busy at times, especially lately with the influx of new users coming from 'other companys'. Try to stay calm and composed, Tony will help you as soon as he can. If no one can help you get this up and running, you should be able to get a full refund. There are prob others on this forum that may know whats causing this issue, and am surprised none of the Devs / Coders have commented as they've been looking into the thread.

So just hold tight. Help will come.
