ordered gatherbuddy for another 30 days today at 12, tis now 6pm and im still being told "not payed" The order number is 23366. also 2 invoices due have popped up both for gatherbuddy +30 days which i have not ordered. can this be addressed asap?? i pm'd bossland as ppl sugested with no response.
They get probably a hundred, if not a couple hundred messages, requests, and inquiries every day. Give them a day or so to get to your request, and you'll be on your way. Mitch.
also bossland is not a robot, he does need his sleep aswell and he probaly lives in a different time zone to you.
We request at least 24 hours for a response, as mentioned above there are several hundred requests a day.
