I have cleared my caches and reinstalled fresh more times than I can count. The bot either refuses to attack the quest mobs while running around in the quest area, or just flies around aimlessly across the map. It has been doing this since the patch. ps. - Sometimes the bot will work for a very brief time (like for one quest), then go back to running around and not attacking the mobs it is supposed to. Sometimes it will run around in the questing area attacking mobs unrelated to any quests. For instance, right now it is in an area where the bot is supposed to be on a cliff throwing boulders down on mobs.... instead the bot is down the cliff attacking the mobs.
