Several times when I've set the bot to play casual it would queue for ranked. I would need to manually switch the bot to casual and then it would continue to keep queuing for casual. Also I noticed the bot would record false victories. Even tho I saw the bot lose it would record it as a win.
Can tell you both are happening and don't know why. I re-installed framework and c++ using the dependency installer and windows update
Just did a fresh install of both hearthstone & hearthbuddy along with c++ and framework and I still get an issue when I set game mode to ranked it queues casual.
Doesn't matter which one does the same thing no matter which screen I start from. I tried from the main menu and also from the play screen. Tried it for both casual and ranked to no success
