Bot Stuttering when pulling mobs?

I have an 85 Priest which im using to grind mobs for embersilk.

Ive noticed it trys to cast a spell, then instantly shuffles forward, tries again, shuffles some more and this happens around 7 or 8 times before eventually attacking.

Ive adjusted the max pull distance in settings and tools and it doesnt appear to have made a difference.

Could anyone confirm what this is likely down to?

 

I think it was doing it right as I pressed stopped as well.
