      To confirm, you'll see this repeatedly in your log when the server is down:

      I PMed one of the developers in the hope that he can catch this a little sooner. Once it's been restarted, the error message will change to something along these lines until the server has finished loading (approx. 30 minutes):

      So now we wait.
