brb 11 classes level 100 brb almost gold capped brb have everything i ever need in wow and not banned stopped playing and stopped botting just before new patch days / weeks after they are banning like crazy I'm alive guys and I dodged a bullet
While not accruing nearly what you have, I also have escaped the ban hammer. I haven't been playing much since about Jan/Feb, except for a few certain activities. I'm curious whether they only recently *****ed HB and thus those who haven't used it in a while escaped? Possibly only a certain activity was detected. It did feel like an inevitable thing though.
Same here. Stopped playing around January or so(?) Came back a few days ago and bought over a years worth of game time right off the bat. When I saw the banwave today I thought I was done. Unfortunately, since I did use HB on the current version... they know about it and it is probably only a matter of time before they get me.
this is very interesting. i also stopped botting with 2 accs shortly before patch 6.1.0 release and no any account got banned yet. i believe blizz implemented their new "detection malware" right with patch 6.1.0, thats why.
Botted everyday no ban, my friend who logged on a month ago to bot quest in that 30 mins she was flagged and suspended in the wave.
Im starting to think that the bg bot had somthing to do with it and tell me if im wrong but everyone who used bg buddy got banned right?
I got 2 acc banned. The subsciption of the 3rd one ended in the end of april. A few days before I stoped to bot on the 3rd account (but I did EVERYTHING which is possible with HB) I was online with the first two accounts while the ban wave. 2 or 3 days after the banwave I reactivated my 3rd account. Perfectly working now. What ever they did to get us, it happend not that long time ago.
I stopped botting end of March and the account is fine. During the past when I botted I did mostly questing and farming. Something must have happened in April. My own speculation of course
