  • Buddy Crashes, even after many attempts to fix

      I ran the Buddy Wizard every thing checks out, I also ran it after delete all the .net and vc reg items. Here is the log, thanks for the help.

      Does the wizard say version 1.2.1 in the title bar?
      If it does then it looks like a failure to extract all the items from the zip if you tried removing .net and vc++

      The wizard was 1.2.1, and also ive tried re dl the zip file and it still did not work, and i tried extracting multiple of time.

      Antivirus deleting files?

      New installed Windows don't have a Antivirus on, and windows firewall is also off.

      Just re read your initial post we don't recommend deleting any registry keys ever. Sometimes you need to uninstall all the .net and vc redistributables due to corruption but never deleting registry keys. I'd recommend reinstalling windows since I have no idea what you deleted. A fresh install of windows + running the wizard works for 7,8,8.1 and 10.

      If its a clean install of windows, and you ran the wizard, then the only explanation for that error is that you failed to extract the contents of the zip file properly.

      I have used Winrar, to grab everything inside the .zip file. so im not quite sure where other files may be hidden
