buddy load profile from store wont load

fresh install of honorbuddy and the load profile from store still wont pop up :/ is there an issue or just me

I'm not finding that folder how can i go about clearing the bstore cache?

however i cant find that cache anywhere i even unhid my files and still nothing

Clear BStore Catche cant you assum for a sec there that not all ppl know where is that folder and be moe specific pls ?
