Due to a bug in World of Warcraft with Rogues choosing another path than Assassination this also influences the HB training skills module. The bugged spells (Which show up as trainable, but are not) are Mutilate and Mutilate offhand. At low levels these skills are 'learnable' in your spellbook, therefor it's running to the trainer at every levelgain. It opens the trainerwindow and then there's nothing to learn, except that you lost valuable time travelling. Training round done till the next level, and the whole thing goes again. Then when you are levelling in Duskwood, it chooses to go and train in Westfall instead of Goldshire. In Westfall for some reason it's not training (according to logs can't find vendor, blacklisting!), and then wants to travel to Goldshire to try and train there (and here it goes into a loop 75% of the time due to getting into a combatstate at Westfall). A fix to this has been posted by Tony in a different thread somewhere. Worked for me. Well not much of a fix really, more of a workaround. That's not really a fix and not a workaround either. Just disabling a (for levelling speed essential) function A workaround would be a fix with a detour in the form of patch to, or plugin for HB. Switching it off I already did, but I rather use the functionality offered. Either way thanks for your reply.
So what you're saying is that you want the HB people to fix a bug in WoW? Sorry mate, they're not *that* good. This is a bug in WoW. HB reacts to it correctly. There is no way that changing HB to act differently then what it should is going to be a good thing in the long run. This should never get into the codebase of HB. Ever. It's also very unlikely that this is something that can be changed by a plugin. That's just not how plugins work. Also; switching "training" off in HB but leaving it on in the profiles *will* fix this issue since then it will only go to the trainer when the profile tells it to, as designed.
Oh come on Croga. I'm not saying they have to fix the bug in WoW (they can't anyways), but they could provide a workaround imho. This bug is already around for a month or 2 now, and no word if this is gonna be fixed in 4.3 yet (Didn't check the PTR yet as I lack the time for it). I mean, how many times are the CC developers not working around the HB bugs introduced with a new release Switching a function off is just a too easy of a solution. If that would be the general way of handling things then there are times you might as well switch of your computer too, specially those that run m$, haha
