      I have encountered this problem while trying to run hb any help would be greatly appreciated thank you in advance :)

      One of my computers sjhows that same error. The other dosent. Both have netframe 4.

      mine is saying could not load Tripper. tools.Verson=1.0.0.0 culture= neutral publickey token =c40611ce03f849a2 or one of its dependencies. the systm cannot find the file specified. any help would be so grand
