Yes, you can. I bought a token on my main account and it's sitting in my bankers bags. When I log on to the account that was banned (and now isn't anymore) it tells me I have an unused WoW token and asks if I would like to use it to add time to the previously banned account.
not gold. you can use tokens. if you have a token sitting in WOW1, you can use it to activate any other account (WOW2, WOW4, etc). at token anywhere on a battlenet acct can be used on any WOW in that battlenet
Krandt gave the correct answer. Buy token on your banker account (which is their gold) and use it on your secondary account. There you go, gold from acct1 used for acct2 reactivation.
according to the release notes for the Game Time token the token is soulbound, not BNet account bound. If that is not the case, then it is documented incorrectly. I have personally never done this so my answer is based in the documentation.
