Hello, I have bought this application today, I followed all the steps and installed it. When I try to enter the key and click OK I get this: [2:31:12 AM:646] Logging in... [2:32:16 AM:730] Authentication failed! [2:37:34 AM:995] Logging in... [2:38:38 AM:041] Authentication failed! There are no spaces on the key field, my firewall is turned off (antivirus too), I have taken all the steps given in the guides I could find to troubleshoot this issue.. still no solution. What can I do next to make this work ?? Many thanks.
Could you define a normal or limited network? My network doesn't show "limited" if that's what it is, it works normally and all my ports are open.
