Can't get Rogue to fight

I have been using HB on a lot of different toons, all of those work just fine. I have tried the Default Singular and Fpswarerogue, neither will fight or defend itself.

 

If your assassination spec, Singular won't work for you - only supports Combat spec as far as I know.

I tend to swap to Combat spec and use singular if I'm doing any AFK farming on a Rogue toon.
