keeps getting stuck on loading profile. I used search engine and removed and reinstalled netframework and other c++ packages suggested in other threads and still stuck on this problem.

[00:40:04.260 Q] The currently loaded profile does not contain a sub profile usable for the current character (is your toon too high level?) its right there, the level range set on the profile is not made for your character. the only thing you can do is pick a different profile.
