This is very frustrating, every now and then i try to log in on HB and it says Max Sessions, so i gotta wait a few minutes and try to log in again and it works. I ve done the whole fire wall stuff didnt do anything. Now, i edited a bunch of stuff on HB such as custom classes, quests etc just to try and log in back again and it gave me the same old Bull crap....max sessions. So i just read a post by someone here asking for help about something similar, and he was told to delete everything from settings and restart HB again. It worked for him, the problem for me is, it erased my key and i dont have it saved. Sooo, i go on the website try to log in to check my keys and yay! My email and-or pass isnt correct. Sooo, i tell it to send a new pass and guess what?! my email cannot be found or wasnt registered! funny thing is, i registered and LOGGED on to see my key not even 3 days ago. And i had 3,000+ days to use it. So im sorry if i came out a lil rude, but ive been using this thing for a while now and ive never opened my mouth to complain about anything, i would just come here and read and read some more and figured stuff by myself, but this is just bullshit. Any help please? thanks
the max sessions thing happens, sometimes it takes a few minutes for the server to let go of the session, specially if HB isnt closed out properly or it crashes. not much you can do but wait a few minutes, in my experience, its usually about 30sec to 1min. anyway, send an e-mail to Bossland and explain that you lost your key, and cant access your account. please include importinat information like a paypal transation number or anything we can use to identify you, and ether generate you a new key, or resend out yours. zwetan@honorbuddy.com
one thing you might wanna do is look in your recycle bin, who knows maybe the old Hb install is still in there and you can just pull your old settings file out. unless your like me and shift-delete everything, then this might work for you as well.
what you must do is to send us an email at support@thebuddyforum.com including the registered email and the username on portal the solution is to fix your portal acc not to give you a new key or something
