I guess my last post of this thread was deleted. Maybe because I didn't include the log? This has nothing to do with any previously mentioned issue that I could find. I don't feel like typing everything out all over again, so here's the gist: Whenever I click "load profile", the app flashes and nothing happens after that. No dialog opens. When I open an older version of the application, it asks me to update, then simply logs me in and opens the application instead of actually updating. All other dialogs open perfectly. Seems to only be the file browser dialog. This occurs on every version. This occurs immediately after a reboot. Are there any known compatibility issues (i.e. with .NET Framework) that would cause these problems? Log, from version .241, after clicking "YES" to the update:
View attachment 10252 2015-03-16 17.07.txt My bad. Here you go. Looks like it covers the update, but interestingly, there doesn't appear to be anything for the file browser dialog. Looking through the other logs, the process not found has nothing to do with the fact that I needed to kill a session. View attachment 4296 2015-03-15 21.05.txt
Try doing a clean unzip from Buddy Updates If that fails remove all installed versions of the .net and vc++ redistributables. Then run the wizard and let it reinstall the needed requirements.
Fairly certain it was framework 4.5.2. Uninstalled all of the redists first and still had the same problem after the buddywizard. Uninstalled everything again--including .NET framework 4.5.2 this time--and ran the wizard again. Second time was the charm. Thanks for your help.
Actually, this might be something you guys want to look into. 4.5.2 is a prerequisite for InputMapper (to use PS4 controller with PC). That's an annoying conflict.
I did, and no joy. Just got around to reinstalling it today--haven't been using a controller, so no real need for it. Wanted to use my controller, reinstalled framework 452, started having the exact same problem as before on all versions (I keep an archive of older versions).
