Can't Start HonorBuddy (no key asked, page stay grey ect)

I've seen an other thread about that with a solution but my problem is that i run windows 8 and i can't figure out how to uninstall .net 4.5.1 since it dosen't apear in my "Remove a program" list.

Does this mean i won't be able to start the bot anymore ?

download and install this.
Download Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 from Official Microsoft Download Center
Download the X86, not the X64 or Arm Downloads.
after your done restart your pc.
