Cant use HoT's (Regrwoth/Rejuvenation) etc as Balance Druid

Hello,

I just started again with WoW and just got up to 110, manually, not botting. Could use Regrowth/Swiftmend etc without any problems, as balance. It just leaves Moonkin form and casts it.
If not in form, no problem casting it.

But, as I installed addons and fixed stuff, I no longer can cast any healing spell except for Healing Touch. I have tried disabling all addons, I have tried googling (zero info) and I cannot seem to find the problem. The buttons are "dark", whereas my Healing Touch spell is "litten up" if you know what I mean.

Does anyone have any clue in how to solve this? I feel so stupid since I know Im supposed to be able to use them but I cannot see how, Ive tried looking at all settings aswell.

Is a complete reinstallation the only solution?
