Not QQING just wondering that since you can only be saved to one raid at a time are people really going to be wanting to run gdkp 25's on their alts? You might ask what this has to do with botting and the answer is nothing at all. I just figured there were still some wow players left here that actually care about playing the game (or making some decent gold I usually make 5-6k in the 4 hours I gdkp).
When Cata comes out, they're making raids work like this. Lets say Raid A was doing ICC (or any new cata raid) and they got to the 6/12 boss and the group fell apart. Another raid, Raid B is doing ICC also and is on the 6/12 boss. Anyone from Raid A can join Raid B aslong as they're on the same boss.
but how does this help with gdkps? Nobody wants to go into a raid at the 5th boss or whatever. They want fresh lockouts and fresh lockouts wont exist if you've already done the instance on 10 man with your guild already. The only solution I can think of is run on alts and hope that 25 decently skilled people want to use their save on a 25 man gdkp.
Most of the people in the gdkp's i run in are on there alts. I run on my Druid which is my alt, I do not think its going to make that big of a deal.
It will be the same as it is now, but all the new raid style means, is that if you get with a shitty group and get saved and group falls apart, if you find a raid on the same boss as you, you can join their raid.
Well only time will tell for sure but I hope so. I love doing and hosting gdkps. Makes sense now though that most people do them on thier alts beacuse I do them on my alts as well. It would just bend down to whether or not anyone would be willing to do it and with tier 11 going to be in demand probably.
