      hey guys im thinking of getting a new HB key to run a new wow account. the question is what is the cheapest and best way to get a second account to bot on. i dont mind if i level from scratch or even if its a RAF account. also can i play both accounts from the same wow instalation?

      I'd go with RAF but you missed out on the 50% price cut deal Blizz had going so its like ?10 for a RAF 2nd account.
      And yes you can play both accounts from one wow install.
