I'm having similar issue, but I can't get it to work on any of my toons. Tried to clear cache, reinstall HB and reboot computer with no luck
Please update to Version .838 Always create an own thread please. An issue might look the same but can have another root cause.

Go to the Buddystore and disable streaming of all products. Start HB and it will work. Now activate the products you have one by one until you find the one causing issues. Report this product in the developers support thread and leave it turned off until the author releases an update.
