Thank you for letting me know the broadness of the forums' advertising policy. Honestly, thanks.

I did take some minutes to familiarize myself with the policies posted here on our sub-forum prior to posting, and thought that I fell within the bounds simply by stating information of what my solution offered, and why it was not uploaded to this site, rather than just asking for a purchase or even blatantly advertising a location.

I will take even greater care in the future to ensure that I do not advertise under the guidelines provided for me, as, like I stated within that thread, I love this bot and have every intention of continuing to help it grow in any way that I can, like through my various forum postings, plugins, and et cetera. As a side note, were I offered the ability to offer my products through an official BuddyBots Store, I would have loved to do so.

I look forward to our continued use of the bot together, and hopefully in the future there will be such an offering for our neck of the BuddyBots world, here in RebornBuddy.

      Have a wonderful day!

For those who would like to know the official guidelines NOT listed on our sub-forum post I present, the following:

"Advertising" posts—"Wanted to Buy" (WTB), "Wanted to Sell" (WTS), "Wanted to Trade" (WTT), and straight-up promotion of other companies or products—are explicitly disallowed by the forum rules.
"Advertising" includes other (possibly implicit) forms of 'buying', 'selling', and 'trading'. The post is considered 'advertising'—this is not up for discussion.

I've also tried to obtain clarification on these polices. I think generally they have been written in a different language to English and then translated (I could definitely not make sense of how they are being applied - even after 5 years of studying law) but the basic "vibe" I got after an email exchange with forum mods was that even the mere reference is prohibited. Any form of dialogue about an external website will be construed as advertising regardless of the absence of express/implied encouragement to purchase or promotion of features etc.
