You have to start the WoWclient first, then log in with your selected toon. Once the toon is ready to play, start Honorbuddy.

Due to weekly Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks on the auth servers, you sometimes have to try several times. Just keep clicking until you succeed.

If you are unsure if your login credentials are correct, try resetting your password through http://www.buddyshop.biz/.
