Maybe this should be included in the HB/GB guide (or maybe im giving myself too much credit) but w/e. i have seen several people who were new to the purchase and could nto get hb/gb running. You always need to log into hb with the account name/pw from the GB site where you purchased it. Not the un/pw you may have made prior to purchase, that is only for the forums.
